Too many agents out their seem to think that all they hasve to do is put your home in the Multiple Listing Service and WHAM...it'll sell. And for that they expect to collect a commission. Selling a home is a lot more then just putting into the MLS and then going off to do something else. It's a lot of work to market someone's home properly. You've always got to be on the lookout for that prospective buyer. That someone who may not be looking for your home at that exact moment, but needs to have your home brought to their attention. Too many agents out there rely on the buyer to search out for your home. That's not what I do. I rely on my marketing skills and knowledge of the market.
If you are interested in getting your home sold instead of just getting it listed, call a real professional for a no-cost, no-obligation evaluation of your home. I will also provide you with a summary of the marketing plan that will be used to market your home, which is more then just putting your home in the MLS.
