Don't list your home with me because I'm not some agent that believes that they are God's gift to the industry but are not recognized for that because the normal consumer is to stupid to realize that. Or that all of the other agents in the industry are in the way and prevent everyone from seeing the obvious fact of how great they are. No, don't list your home with me because I won't intimidate you into it. Don't list your home with me because I won't make you promises...I will give you results.
Do list you home with me because I am a professional. Do list your home with me because I do this as my business and don't have a spouse to provide a paycheck while they play at this. This is my livelihood that pays my bills and puts food on the table. Do list your home with me because I know the market. I don't sit back and wait for a customer to call in order to search and figure out what is going on in the market. I'm always on top of what is going on in the housing market. I don't wait for the analysts to tell me...by then it's too late. The analysts work on the data from the past, I work with what is going on right now.
